RWD Conditioning Video Resource
On this page you'll find videos that support the various Conditioning programmes that we publish on the Conditioning page. Some of the lifts take a great deal of time to learn. More than likely, as a Rugby player, you'll be strong enough but probably lack the required mobility for proper form. We advise you to forget about weight and focus on form and mobility first. For example, squat routinely well below parallel before edging up the weight. Good luck, make sure you warm up before the lifts and we look forward to expanding this resource for the benefit of all.
